How does payment work, and when am I charged?+
You pay securely by card when you book, but the charge isn't finalized until your pro confirms the appointment. Everything runs through Stripe, so your payment details stay protected and your pro is paid through the platform — no cash or checks needed.
Are the professionals on Alleve8 licensed and verified?+
Pros provide their professional credentials — such as a notary commission number or process-server registration — when they join, and we review them before displaying a Verified badge on their profile. Because some documents and transactions have their own specific requirements, we recommend confirming what yours needs before your appointment.
What areas does Alleve8 serve?+
We're live in the Las Vegas and Henderson, Nevada area, with more cities on the way. Browse your city to see the pros available near you.
How soon can I get an appointment?+
Many pros offer same-day or next-day availability. You'll see real openings when you book and can pick the time that works best for you.
How much does a mobile service cost?+
Each pro sets their own prices, and you'll see the full cost — including any travel fee — before you book. No surprises, no hidden charges.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?+
Life happens. You can manage your booking from the link in your confirmation email. Cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment for a full refund — see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for the full details.
What if something goes wrong with my service?+
Email us at support@alleve8.com and we'll help. Alleve8 is a marketplace and doesn't perform the services itself, but we take issues seriously and will work with you and the pro toward a fair resolution.

How do I become a pro on Alleve8?+
Create a free account, build your profile, add your services and credentials, and connect your payout account. Once you're set up, clients in your area can find and book you. Head to our For Pros page to get started.
What does it cost to join as a pro?+
You can start for free. Paid plans unlock lower platform fees and more tools as you grow — and top-tier members pay a 0% platform fee. See current plans and pricing on our For Pros page.
How and when do I get paid?+
Payments are handled automatically through Stripe. After a completed booking, your earnings — minus any platform fee for your plan — are paid out to your connected bank account on Stripe's standard schedule.
